Good morning, everyone! Today, let’s discuss about habits we’ve outgrown or are trying to change. Over time, we all pick up routines, some good and some not so great. Maybe you’ve worked on breaking the cycle of procrastination, spending less time on your phone....etc..etc. Some habits are easy to drop, while others take real effort and patience.
